Quiet meeting rooms for client meetings, job interviews, presentations and team sessions. Choose a room for up to 4 or up to 8 people and book it for an hour or more.

The rooms are open to everyone, even if you don't work with us day to day. We'll welcome you and your guests and show you the room and its equipment.

How to book a meeting room

  1. Request a timeFill in the form, message us on WhatsApp or call. Let us know the date, start time, duration and number of people.
  2. Get confirmationWe'll check availability and confirm your booking, then send you an invoice.
  3. Come to your meetingThe room will be ready at the agreed time.

Meeting room FAQ

Are the rooms available in the evenings and at weekends?

Yes, evenings and weekends too. At these times the minimum booking is two hours.

How far ahead should I book?

We recommend booking a few days in advance so you can choose the time that suits you best. You can also contact us the day before, but the room may already be taken.

Where can I park a car or a bike?

There is municipal zone C paid parking right outside the building and a private car park next to the office. The multi-storey car park on Lielgabalu iela is about a five-minute walk away. The building has free, lockable bike storage.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, you can cancel at least 24 hours before the booking starts. Cancellations on the day of the booking aren't possible.

How do I pay?

Once your booking is confirmed, we'll send you an invoice.

Can we bring food or order delivery?

Yes, you can bring your own food or have it delivered to the office.
