Dedicated desk FAQ
What are the contract terms and the minimum term?
Desks and offices are rented for a minimum of two months. After that, you can end the contract at any time with 30 days' notice. When signing, you pay the first and last month in advance, and after that each invoice is due by the 1st of the month.
Do you offer day or week passes?
We don't offer short-term desks. A dedicated desk has a minimum term of two months, because it is your permanent desk to set up as you like.
Are utilities charged separately?
No. Utilities, internet, cleaning, coffee, tea, printing and paper are all included in the rent, along with 10 meeting room hours a month.
Where can I park a car or a bike?
There is municipal zone C paid parking right outside the building and a private car park next to the office. The multi-storey car park on Lielgabalu iela is about a five-minute walk away. The building has free, lockable bike storage.
How soon can I start?
If the desk you choose is free, we can prepare the contract within one working day. The desk is fully equipped, so you can start working as soon as it's signed.
Can I register my company at this address?
Yes. Members can add a legal address for €45 + VAT per month.
Where can I keep my things?
Keep personal items in your lockable storage and your laptop and monitor on your desk. There is also a small storage room.
How do I book a meeting room?
Your rent includes 10 meeting room hours a month. Pick a free slot and book the room in the online calendar.
Can I see the space before deciding?
Yes, we'd be happy to show you around. Please book your visit in advance so we can find a time that suits you and be there to welcome you.
Where can I take calls in private?
Phone booths are available for calls and video calls. One of them seats two, so it also works for a face-to-face chat. For a bigger room, book a meeting room.
